Engagement Calls for Development of Custom E-Learning and Video-Based Training Program to Support AZ-HIX System Users Across the State

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) provides a new means for all Arizonans to access affordable and comprehensive healthcare coverage, and will require a new system to support state-wide users. The new training program will help make system users aware of the changes while providing direct support for each type of system user.
The online training solutions will consist of courseware training modules plus custom produced online videos designed and tailored to the functions and features of the AZ-HIX system and its supporting solutions. Users of the AZ-HIX system include consumers, employers from across the state, as well as a host of other entities such as community assistors and navigators.
